CN Tower Third Most Popular Attraction in the World- Christine Yang Real Estate

Tourism in Toronto has been booming in recent years. The city has a lot to offer from sports teams, arts and culture, and great food and shopping. It’s no wonder that National Geographic named Toronto one of the top cities to visit in 2019! The city also has its iconic CN Tower, which according to a recent report was extremely popular this year.

Uber just released their list of most traveled to places in 2018, and the CN Tower came in 3rd overall! It’s actually a little surprising how popular the CN Tower was compared to other global landmarks.

Uber compiled the list based on customer usage data. Of course we can’t know how often people visited other global attractions if they used other transportation, but it’s wonderful to know that our local icon was so big.

Tourism plays a big role in Canada, and especially Toronto’s, economy. Many residents that recently moved to the city cite amazing vacations here as a big reason they moved.
